- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within five working days of the program start date.
- Parents need to pick up their children promptly at the program end time. Failure to do so will result in an extra 5 KD charge for every half an hour after the program end time.
- Kids should be signed into the program at the Discovery Place reception by an adult.
- All children enrolled in the program must be able to use the washroom facilities independently.
